At our location in Oxford at Posche Salon, our licensed Master Lash Artist pampers women like you 6 days a week. We pride ourselves in providing posh service in a high-end relaxing environment. Our Master Lash Artist will adorn your eyes one lash at a time with a look that’s perfect for you. Our tech is advanced in application techniques using top-tier products. NFLE’s Master Artist Quality Assurance Team upholds the NFLE promise with the most stringent standards. Chi Chi also trains other promising lash artists in her eyelash extension courses in hopes of raising the standard of this service in this area and the surrounding areas.

We have a referral program for our graduating students and we offer ongoing mentorship for you and your business to help develop your brand. We also promote your brand on our social media site from time to time. Chi Chi travels a lot, so she may just refer some of her Lashets® to one of her students for a fill-in until she gets back!

Chirondala Maduka comes from 5 generations of cosmetologists and salon professionals. Her grandmother and mother both moved to Alabama from California and opened up their own salons in two different cities. She was raised in both salons, and as a result, got to witness first hand how to give exceptional customer service and service rendering to clientele.

Chirondala, better known as “Chi Chi” has been doing lashes for 12+ years and is well rounded in more than one beauty category and is considered a master lash tech by her West Coast peers. She started her business in Oxford in 2017 and it has flourished ever since. She’s also a master aesthetics trainer for those seeking to advance their career in the lash industry.

In 2021, Chi Chi decided to offer courses to help elevate the lash application process in the area. She’s big on community and culture and she has established that with the NFLE brand. Chi Chi wanted to bring the West Coast to Alabama and that’s exactly what she has done!
