Cancellation Policy: For Appointment Cancellations with MORE than 24 hours notice PRIOR to your appointment time/day, there is no cancellation fee. Please call us at (256) 403-2762 to confirm your cancellation. For “Last Minute” Appointment Cancellations less than 24 hours notice to The Natural Finish Lash Extensions, there will be a cancellation fee charged to your credit card of $45. If you have a New Set and cancel with less than 24 hours notice to The Natural Finish Lash Extenisons, there will be a cancellation fee charged to your credit card of 50% of the booked service. If you pull a “No Show”, it will result in an automatic 50% service fee charged to your credit card. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected, last minute schedule conflits do sometimes happen, so we are happy to help you reschedule if this happens to you. Our highly booked schedule requires us to turn away other clients during the time you reserved. We value your time, and we also value ours.
